Intro
This rustic pasta dish inspired by Southern Italian cuisine is made with orecchiette pasta shells coated in a sweet, jammy tomato sauce which has an an umani-kick thanks wild anchovies that are melted into the sauce. Fresh chilli and peppery rocket add heat. Top with grated Parmesan to serve.
